Perfection Series
All organizations strive for Perfection. Perfection forms the roof of the House of Lean. The roof is also often labeled “Kaizen”. Both terms imply a continuous, iterative battle toward an ultimate goal set by the organization. This section introduces the concept of perfection through the integration of Lean thinking.
